Momento prints photographs you upload or select from your own Instagram account and mails them to the shipping address on your account. By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.
You must own or have permission to print every photograph you send us. You keep all rights to your images. You grant Momento a limited licence to store, process and print them solely to fulfil your orders. We never use your photos for advertising or sell them to anyone.
Connecting Instagram is optional and uses Instagram's official login. We read only your basic profile and your own media so you can choose photos to print. You can disconnect at any time from Settings, which deletes the access token we hold. See delete your data.
Plans bill monthly in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. Each renewal adds the print credits for your plan; unused credits roll over while your subscription stays active. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are forfeited when a subscription is canceled. Cancel any time from your subscription page — prints already in production still ship.
Individual prints and the Keepsake Album are sold at the prices shown at checkout, plus shipping and any applicable tax. Prices can change, but never for an order you have already paid for.
Orders are printed and dispatched by our print partner, typically arriving within 5–8 business days in the United States. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. It is your responsibility to keep your shipping address accurate; we cannot reroute an order once it is at the lab.
Prints are made to order and cannot be resold, so they are not returnable. If an order arrives damaged, misprinted or never arrives, email us within 30 days of the ship date and we will reprint it or refund it. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Do not send us images that are illegal, that you do not have the right to print, or that depict minors in a sexualised way. We may refuse or cancel any order and close accounts that break these rules.
Momento is provided as-is. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
